Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-8 business days from our workshop based in Mohali, Punjab. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Metal and Wooden Plates may require additional 1-2 days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled for any reason as we begin processing them immediately. All our products are custom-made.
Shipping method, rates & delivery estimates
DOMESTIC (India)
- We offer free domestic shipping for Orders with value above 599 as of now, or till next updation of our shipping terms.
- There is a Flat Shipping rate of 99 for the order value under 599.
- We send all shipments by DTDC, Delhivery, IndiaPost or Xpressbees.
- In a majority of cases, orders get delivered in 10-16 business days after you have placed the order.
- In case, urgent delivery is required, you may contact us with the details given in the Contact Us section, we will surely try to accommodate your request and try to do the best to fulfill the order at the earliest.
- Courier delays are beyond our control. However, if there is any delay due to the courier partner, we will certainly coordinate with them and do our best to get the shipment delivered to you as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL (Outside India)
Currently we are not shipping internationally.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Non-Delivery of Parcel
- Customer Responsibility for Undelivered Parcels: In any case where the parcel receives an "undelivered" remark, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local delivery agent to arrange for delivery. Delivery agents typically make up to three delivery attempts.
- Return to Origin (RTO) Charges: If the parcel is not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, incurring RTO charges. These charges are non-refundable.
- No Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances due to non-delivery or RTO.
