Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-8 business days from our workshop based in Mohali, Punjab. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Metal and Wooden Plates may require additional 1-2 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled for any reason as we begin processing them immediately. All our products are custom-made.

 

Shipping method, rates & delivery estimates

DOMESTIC (India)

  • We offer free domestic shipping for Orders with value above 999 as of now, or till next updation of our shipping terms.
  • There is a Flat Shipping rate of 99 for the order value under 999.
  • We send all shipments by DTDC, Delhivery, IndiaPost or Xpressbees.
  • In a majority of cases, orders get delivered in 10-16 business days after you have placed the order. Sundays are non business days.
  • In case, urgent delivery is required, you may contact us with the details given in the Contact Us section, we will surely try to accommodate your request and try to do the best to fulfill the order at the earliest. Contact us before placing your order for priority delivery, Requests submitted after placing the order may not be accepted.
  • Courier delays are beyond our control. However, if there is any delay due to the courier partner, we will certainly coordinate with them and do our best to get the shipment delivered to you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL (Outside India)

Currently we are not shipping internationally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Non-Delivery of Parcel

  • Customer Responsibility for Undelivered Parcels: In any case where the parcel receives an "undelivered" remark, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local delivery agent to arrange for delivery. Delivery agents typically make up to three delivery attempts.
  • Return to Origin (RTO) Charges: If the parcel is not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, incurring RTO charges. These charges are non-refundable.
  • No Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances due to non-delivery or RTO.

  • Re-Delivery Process: If the customer wishes to have the order re-delivered, they must bear the following costs:

    • Re-shipping charges

    • Applicable RTO charges

    The total amount will need to be paid before re-dispatching the parcel.

    We advise all customers to ensure they provide accurate delivery details and remain available during the estimated delivery period to avoid inconvenience.

    Business Off Period & Special Sale — November 2026

    Business Off Period: 02 November 2026 to 24 November 2026

    Please note that Nameplate Studio will be on a business break from 02 November 2026 to 24 November 2026.  During this period, regular order processing and production will remain paused.

    The extended processing timeline during this period has been clearly communicated across our store, including our main store banner, store chat and Shipping Policy, and this information has been displayed since 06 October 2026.

    By placing an order during this period (above mentioned timelines), customers acknowledge and accept the extended processing timeline.

    When Will Your Order Be Processed?

    Orders placed between 02 November 2026 and 24 November 2026 will be processed from 25 November 2026 onwards.

    The standard processing timeline will be calculated from 25 November 2026, and not from the date on which the order was placed.

    For example:

    If an order is placed on 02 November 2026 and the usual processing time for the product is 5–8 business days, the 5–8 business-day processing period will begin from 25 November 2026. The order will be dispatched after the applicable processing period is completed.

    Similarly, orders placed at any point during the business off period will enter processing only from 25 November 2026 onwards.

    Cancellations Due to the Business Off Period

    The business off period and the resulting extended processing timeline have been clearly and prominently communicated on our store since 06 October 2026, including through our store banner, store chat and Shipping Policy.

    Therefore, cancellation requests based on the extended processing timeline during this period will not be accepted.

    Customers are requested to carefully review the processing timeline before placing an order during the special sale period.

    Order Modifications

    Any modification requests will be considered after 24 November 2026, from 25 November 2026 onwards, wherever such modifications are technically and operationally possible.

    Please note that modifications cannot be guaranteed, particularly for personalized or customized products, as orders may enter production once processing resumes.
