Refund policy

We have a 7-day replacement or refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request support in case of any issue.

A replacement or refund is only applicable in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item has a prior defect

  • The wrong item has been shipped to you

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our team will review the evidence provided and, if approved, we will first attempt to process a replacement for the damaged or defective product.
If a replacement is not feasible under any circumstances, a refund will be processed instead.

Refunds, once approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Please note:

  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for cases where there is a spelling error, design detail, or size issue resulting from the customer’s order input.

  • As all our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately, to ensure timely delivery.

How to Record an Unboxing Video

To ensure a smooth and valid claim process, please follow these steps carefully:

Preparation

  • Keep your mobile phone on flight mode during the entire recording.

  • Make sure the recording is uninterrupted from start to finish.

  • It’s recommended to have two people — one to do the unboxing and one to record.

  • Ensure good lighting and that the entire process remains visible in the frame.

Start of the Video

  • Begin by showing the condition of the package/box from all sides before opening.

  • Record the shipping label and any visible marks or damages on the box.

Unboxing Process

  • Cut the tapes and open the package while keeping everything in the frame.

  • Take out the contents step by step:

    • Outer box

    • Bubble wrap / protective layers

    • Transparent packing

Product Showcase

  • Once unpacked, show the product clearly from all angles and sides.

  • Ensure the entire product remains visible in the recording.

Defects / Damages

  • If you notice any defect or damage, it must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Along with the video, please provide separate clear pictures highlighting the defect or damage.

⚠️ Important:
Claims for damage or defects will only be considered if the video is continuous, clear, and follows the above process.

Cancellation


We create fully personalized products, and to ensure timely delivery, all orders are sent into processing immediately after they are placed. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you would like any changes to the design, please contact us before placing your order.
